Hello everybody in this special time of the year I would like to wish you a lot of love and good humour. Hello everybody :) Did I write already that I like listening to music? I think I did :D Anyway I can't imagine my life without music I can't go out from home without my earphones. Is it addiction? Well I don't know but it won't kill me for sure :D

Real friends

What  it means to have real friends? Does friend always have to live near you, like the same things what you like and you have to see your friends everyday? Of course not :D

Pray for Paris

I know that probably all of you heard about what happened in Paris yesterday, and maybe you even have enough of the spam that all of your friend did on facebook, twitter and other media but I think that I will write few words here.

Everytime I hear about such attacks I can't believe that I live in such world where people can't relax on the beach because they can lost their lifes there like it was in Tunisia or like it was in Paris that people wanted to spend some good time in the club on restaurant but they weren't able to come back to their home, to their families :( It's so unfair. I feel really sorry for all people who lost yesterday their friends and families. I can't imagine what they feel but I will pray for them. It's the only thing we can do because nobody can turn back time :(

At the end of this short note I will just write a quote from my friend, I think it's really true -Who needs  ghosts and monsters when there's the human race?-   Heal the world

Chapter IV

Next day Sam called to her with proposition of meeting. They agreed that they will meet the day after tomorrow. They will meet in park and then they will decide what they will do depends on the weather.

Sport? No thank you

My last post was about endorphins after good training but today I would like to tell you how to get this edorphins because what if someone thinks that sport isn't for him?

Endorphins

Do you know what it is? Hormones of happines :) That's why after great work out instead of big tiredness you're also happy :D Do you know this feeling? I know it so much :) Espcially after today. I was able to take part in big work out event when I had few trainings: dance, zumba and 3x fitness. You will say that I am crazy, maybe I am but believe me feeling after such thing is the best feeling ever. Of course during excersises you want to give up, to stop this torture but then you hear treiner's voice "Don't give up. You can do this. You're great and it's only few seconds more." and then you feel this- this power from your trainer and from other people who also feels the same. You look to the right and you see that you're friend can do this so the only thing in your mind is "If she can I can't be worse than her. I CAN DO THIS" and you do :) In such situations when you think that your body don't listen to you anymore and you want give up it's not true. It's only in your mind. You're mind fails first not your body. The most important thing is first to make your brain works for you not against you then you will see that your body can do more. Just believe in yourself because the limit is first in your mind not in your body if you don't feel pain just you're tired then it's great. You can do more than you think :) And at the end I have good song for you to such training :D Uptown Funk

Next day Digger persuaded Sam to go with him and Basti to the club to relax after concert and maybe pick up some girls.

Live the life you love :D I think it's really important because it's hard to be happy if you don't like your life. Everybody know that life isn't easy but I'm sure everybody has their good and bad days but we can do everything to find a little bit of happiness even in bad day ;) I'm trying to do this and I love it :D













Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow :) How many of you thinks that this is really good quote? Me!!!
We all makes mistakes and it's normal thing but we have to learn from this not be unhappy that we made it. It's really important to live our life in the way we want to live and think positiviely about future :)

Monday again :(

Today is a Monday so time to start new week of school, work etc.. I don't like Mondays because I know that it's just the beginning of new week and new challenges. It will be hard week for me but nothing can stop me from doing my favorite things like listening to music for example. Yes :) I'm a music lover. I love listening to music and dancing. That's why I would like to show you a song that stuck in my head some time ago and today I can't stop listening to it. It's a cover because original song is singing by Hozier but I'm not a fan of this artist so I like this version more: Take me to church. Yes I know that it's Demi but I really think that her voice is amazing and she really can sing :) I'm fan of her voice and it's the most important thing for me :D

So it's everything for now. I will post new chapter tomorrow or maybe even today? :) Who knows :) Have a good night :)

I'm just came to say hello

Hello everybody :) In this first post I just want to say hello to you and tell you something about first story I will publish here. It will be fan fiction  about german rock'n'roll group The Baseballs :) (if you don't know them but you like this kind of music I fully recommend them :D ) So the main characters will be one of the singer in this group and his love story :) I will post this story chapter by chapter I'm waiting for your opinions about it :D First chapter tomorrow :)
